Later, the banking institution expanded the list of clients. It was the first in the United States to provide financial services to the middle class and low-income citizens. Considering that in those days the banks worked only with well-to-do people, the Bank of Italy innovation became a competitive advantage.

Another financial institution is Bank of America, L.A. - was created by Aurra Eugene Monnett in 1923. Amadeo Giannini actively invested in the bank, he was attracted by an advanced solution - a centralized system of accounting and distribution of funds. Elliott Wave Forecast: Bank of America Stocks (BAC) Rally Should Fail for More Downside

Short term Elliott Wave view on Bank of America Stocks (BAC) shows that cycle from 9.12.2022 high is unfolding as a 5 waves impulse Elliott Wave structure. Down from 9.12.2022 high, wave 1 ended at 33.54 and rally in wave 2 ended at 34.90. The stock has resumed lower in wave 3. Down from wave 2, wave ((i)) ended at 33.66 and rally in wave ((ii)) ended at 34.87. The stock resumes lower in wave ((iii)) towards 31.21, and rally in wave ((iv)) ended at 31.82.

Expect the stock to extend lower 1 more leg in wave ((v)) to complete wave 3, then it should rally in wave 4 before it resumes lower again.

The stock is now close to breaking below the previous low on 7.14.2022 low (29.67). A break below 7.14.2022 should open up a bearish sequence from 2.10.2022 high calling for further downside.

Other broader Index such as Dow Futures ($YM_F) and S&P 500 ($SPX) already broke the same equivalent low, thus it’s likely that BAC should do the same.

Near term, as far as pivot at 34.88 high stays intact, expect rally to fail in 3, 7, or 11 swing for further downside.

It is also always interesting to see your constructive comments below.

According to analysts, Bank of America's target price of $ 44.38 implies 15.4% upside potential.

I continue to accumulate the BAC position, today I bought 1 piece on the exchange.

Bank of America is the second largest bank in the United States. He has a well-diversified revenue-generating business: retail, wealth management and investment banking, global international commercial banking, and others.

It is the wide diversification in areas that allows the bank to withstand difficult times.

Bank of America shares are one of the largest positions in Warren Buffett's portfolio.

But there are also risks, they are associated with the loan portfolio, the FRS rate, changes in regulation, etc.

This information about my purchase is not a recommendation for your investment. Please take into account that my total investment portfolio is about $ 4 million and the size of this purchase affects the overall investment risk absolutely insignificantly.

Good afternoon, dear traders and investors!

We offer wave analysis of Bank of America stocks. This is a classic wave analysis according to the well-known Elliott Wave Theory.

We offer wave analysis of Bank of America stocks.

Based on the chart of Bank of America stocks, on a global scale, wave C of the large correction A-B-C, which came after the US mortgage crisis, is now ending.

Can also highlight an ascending channel that has been broken relatively recently.

The target for the exit from the channel coincides with the 1.618 Fibonacci level of wave A, and I expect the growth to continue to $ 53-55 directly from the current levels.

This A-B-C formation is only a rebound in wave B, therefore, after meeting the targets, I expect a strong decline in quotations, which may be commensurate with the collapse during the mortgage crisis.
